Signs – Preventative Maintenance
 
If you make an investment buying signs from us, we want to make sure that this investment works well and continues to attract players. Often though, as you strive for quality and performance, maintenance of your sign equipment can often be overlooked until it goes wrong - usually when the casino is in operation.

 
Accidental damage, lack of cleaning, defects in the display, hairline cracks in rotating parts and even the build up of dust on sensitive contacts can cause signs to lose their effect and in some cases fail to work completely.

We therefore recommend that your equipment is checked annually by our skilled engineers. During this check-up the signs will be overhauled thoroughly; faulty lighting will be replaced; and both electronic and mechanical systems will be checked. All faulty Tivoli and TL lights will be replaced and the displays will be thoroughly cleaned. Most small parts that are replaced during the first maintenance check will be included in the fixed charge.

We also offer this service for signs that were not supplied by us so that all of your equipment will be covered.

For this preventive maintenance you will pay an annual fixed amount depending on the extent of the signs on your premises.
