The Dutch Sign manufacturers look back at a very positive week in London. The quantity of signs this year, around 30, displayed at the stands of slot manufacturers like IGT, ATRONIC, Novomatic, WMS, Merkur and Magic Dreams exceeded the 2009 edition. Most important for us was the positive feedback we received from all these companies, states René Huibers of Signs4U.
The overall impression this year was the great number of new themed machine banks and matching signs. We had the change to create some really mind- blowing signs containing realistic three-dimensional characters like Novomatics White Shark™ and REX™ these signs were packed with animatronics to create real life movement. Other Signs which draw a lot of attention during the exhibition where the STARGATE SG-1™ we build for ATRONIC, IGT‟s new Sex and the City™ sign and WMS‟s Reel „em In!® sign. Our debut sign Captain Cash for Italian manufacturer “Magic Dreams” turned out to be a success as well.
Compared to last year when the recession was at it‟s high we have signed some interesting deals already during this exhibition, we will produce 7 new “Deal or no Deal” - “Join and Play” signs for ATRONIC, the signs will be delivered to Holland Casino. These huge wall filling signs measure 3 by 3 mtrs to give room to 5 x 46” LCD screens, in correspondence with the specific wishes of Holland Casino‟s marketing department we have designed a spectacular customized “black version”, the first signs will be delivered already end of March.
We have also received great response to our new colourchanging towerlight toppers.The toppers are buildt in co-operation with SUZO Netherlands. They consist of customized shaped- & engraved plex glasses and are equipped with colorchanging leds. The big advantage of this is the customers themselves have the opportunity to set it to one of the many available colors or choose for the attractive colorchanging effect.
