With the opening of a brand new gaming room in Casino Knokke, operator Partouche made a big step towards modernisation this Belgian casino. Signs4U supplied 2 new signs and several bank-ends to attract players to the new slot area; one of the signs is a spectacular multi-faced rotating sign. Both signs contain customized artwork and animations designed and supplied by DRGT.

S4U also supplied long stretched LCD’s which display the roulette results. The brand new software "drRoulette" running in the casino can be interfaced to a wheel or attached to a camera which determines the winning number and translates this to a customizable graphical interface developed by DRGT. Signs4U worked closely together with DR Gaming Technology, the Belgium based cashless solutions specialists. DRGT will also attend this year IGE exhibition for the first time; the company will be showing their different cashless solutions: Cashless Fast, Cashless Touch and Cashless Touch² to demonstrate there is a cashless solution for almost every type of slotmachine or casino.

Tuesday evening December 22nd the new gaming room was opened by the Count Leopold Lippens the mayor of the city together with Mr. Frojman the delegated director of the casino. During the opening the guests enjoyed a dinner and different live shows throughout the evening. Over 1000 guests attended the opening.The new gaming room on the first floor is equipped with 2 bars, restaurant Mascotte, a live game (poker, blackjack and roulette) and slot area. Casino Knokke is situated right at the Belgium beach front and famous for one of the seven biggest chandeliers in the world. The chandelier is made of 22.000 pieces Venetian crystal, and includes 2,700 lamps creating light for the crystals to refract. It has a diameter of 8.5m and a height of 6.5m. The entire structure weighs 6 tons.Besides Casino Knokke, Groupe Partouche also operates Belgian Casinos in Oostende, Dinant and Chaudfontaine.
